The Pygmalion Effect and the Power of Positive Expectations

This is a very interesting video for me, becouse I am aboslutely agree with all the things that they said on it.

In this video they are talking about how can the positive expectations, and in fact the negative expectations affect children. Kids actually gets smarter when their expected to get smarter by their teachers and how teachers treat their children in class, deppending on their expectations, and this is why children transform their attitude and marks by their teachers bad expectation.

On the other hand, we know that possitive expectation change the perception of comething, like we said before, and this is the Pygmalion effect.

So now, that we know that teacher expectations will affect what happens, as teachers, we have to notice it, work on it, and we have to give feedback to our students, and not depending on their school marks.
